Sarah Krajewski
Associate
Sarah focuses her practice on product liability and complex commercial litigation. She has experience in all stages of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and trial in both state and federal courts.
Sarah is a litigation associate in the firm’s Chicago office. She has significant experience in class actions, trade secret, and patent litigation, as well. She has been a member of several trial teams and as such has helped conduct fact and expert discovery, deposed fact and expert witnesses, presented at jury research, participated in jury selection, assisted with opening and closing statements, prepared expert witnesses for direct and cross-examination, and drafted and argued dispositive motions. Specifically, Sarah was recently part of a trial team that secured a successful plaintiff verdict with a US$105M judgment in a trade secret and breach of contract case. She was previously a member of a trial team that prevailed in a billion-dollar case against a class of consumers alleging false marketing and advertising, and she was likewise a member of a trial team that represented an agricultural biotechnology company in a bellwether product liability trial.
Sarah maintains an active pro bono practice, serves, is an associate mentor, and is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee. She previously served on the firm’s Summer Associate Committee; she likewise was elected to and served as the co-chair of the firm’s Associate Committee.

Sarah received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law in May 2015, where she served as managing editor of the Duke Forum for Law and Social Change. She received a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame in May 2012.
