Andrea Castillo

Andrea is a finance associate in the New York office. Her practice focuses on corporate and finance transactions, including structured finance and securitizations. Andrea has experience in transactions involving various asset types, such as consumer loans, venture capital loans, and insurance policies. In addition, she has experience in cross-border corporate and project finance transactions in Latin America, not only as a New York admitted lawyer but also as a local Colombian lawyer. Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, Andrea practiced law in Colombia.
